Welcome to UP Globe, a WordPress plugin that helps you monitor website availability and performance from real devices across the globe. By installing or using UP Globe, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Licensing & Free Credits
Each unique WordPress installation of UP Globe is automatically granted 250 free credits per week. Credits reset weekly and do not roll over.
One credit equals one monitoring check from one country.
Sharing your license among different WordPress installations is allowed - for example, if you purchase credits once and want to test multiple sites you own or manage.
3. Paid Usage & Refunds
You may purchase additional credits to extend monitoring capabilities. All transactions are processed securely through Stripe.
Due to the nature of digital services, all payments are non-refundable unless a technical error prevents you from receiving the purchased credits. You must notify us within 7 days of purchase to be eligible for review.
4. Data & Privacy
UP Globe does not collect or store any personal data. Each plugin installation is assigned a randomly generated license ID, which is used for API communication and quota tracking.

5. Availability & Support
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. Access may be limited for maintenance, abuse prevention, or system upgrades.
